    Description

    According to the local John Deere dealer. The item power shaft shields were last manufactured in 1964. The item number H10231on the label that is attached is for a cotton picker, but he said that was incorrect for this drive shaft. He was unable to find corresponding equipment to match the " AE24067 " number on the lower shaft. It is 28" long overall when fastened together before sliding one into the other. One end has a 28 tooth spline with a nut and bolt. The other end has wider
    6 tooth spline end with a pin and locking clip. They connect in the center with a 3/4" x 13/16" bar stock. The universal joints move smoothly with no noise or rubbing sounds of any kind. Both have clean grease fittings. The item has not been cleaned and has some grease in areas. Please make sure this is what you need for your application.
